PAUL PRESSLER, Justice On May 25, 1989, we held that if appellee Frankie Williams filed a remittitur of $250,000, the judgment would be affirmed as modified. The suggested remittitur has been filed. Therefore, the judgment of the trial court is modified by deducting $250,000 from the $500,000 in exemplary damages awarded to appellate under Special Issue No. 25.
